Weighting is the same IEC 386 curve (peak at 4 Hz) for DIN, JIS, NAB, and CCIR. DIN and CCIR read quasi-peak; JIS reads WRMS; NAB reads average; 2σ is AES6. JIS numbers run about 0.7× DIN on a sine wow. Match the standard printed on the deck.
